Stewart Dearden, Associate Broker Coldwell Banker. 

Stewart has been in sales, sales management, and agent training for over 37 years.  Stewart's extensive experience has earned him numerous local and national sales awards and recognitions.

Stewart proudly holds the licenses of both Real Estate Broker, and Lending Manager in the State of Utah. These are the two highest professional licenses available in Utah for Real Estate and Mortgage Lending.  His vast knowledge in these fields helps his clients be able to cut through the red tape, making their transactions smoother and much more enjoyable.  

Stewart has been the Managing Broker for an office of 120+ agents.  He was responsible for the training, production, and legal compliance of all the agents under his supervision.

Stewart has been an active member of his community.  As a young man he earned his Eagle Scout award.  He also participated in 4 varsity sports while in high school, Basketball, Baseball, Golf, & Football.  He still maintains a vibrant enthusiasm for Golf, Basketball and Snowmobiles.

Stewart happily served as a volunteer Jr Jazz Basketball coach for 10 different teams, and those teams proudly won 9 Championships.

Stewart is know for his competence when listing homes for sale, and helping buyers get the home they've dreamed of owning.  He is unmatched in contract negotiations, and creating a Win Win for everyone involved.
